Our technicians are Certified Emergency Medical Technicians in addition to being Certified Diver Medical Technicians from the National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medical Technology. On your first visit, they greet you and help you feel comfortable with the chamber. They gently assist you in sitting on the recliner-type chair. When you are ready, they push the chair inside while the door remains open.

If you are comfortable inside, they will close the door for a few minutes and talk with you through the microphone. Next, they may gradually increase and decrease the pressure for you. The only discomfort you may feel is the changing pressure on your ear drums. It is much like being in an airplane changing altitudes. When you are comfortable with the pressure and breathing through the oxygen mask, your trip towards greater energy and renewed function will begin.

Inside the chamber, you are breathing 100% medical grade oxygen while reading, listening to music, sleeping, doing exercises, watching a favorite movie, or talking to the technicians.
